Préparation
Réaliser une base de brassé veggie à l’amande en mélangeant 500 ml de boisson amande Perl’Amande avec 2 cuillères à soupe de sucre et notre sachet de ferments EmBRASSE la vie.
Remplir les pots et passer le tout en yaourtière pendant 8 heures et au frais pour 4 heures.
Couper grossièrement le chocolat pour l’incorporer au yaourt.
